What age groups and skill levels does GBG Inland Empire support?
At GBG Inland Empire, we welcome players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We offer programs for players starting at age 8 and extend through high school-level competition. Our teams are divided based on age and skill level to ensure that every player receives appropriate training and competition. Whether your child is just starting their baseball journey or looking to play at a higher level, we have a team and program suited for them.
What is the time commitment for players in the GBG Inland Empire program?
The time commitment for players depends on their age and team level. For younger teams (8U–12U), there are usually two practices per week, along with 1-2 weekend tournaments each month. As players advance to older age groups (13U and up), the commitment grows, with 2-3 practices per week and weekend travel tournaments. During the peak season, typically from spring to summer, players may also participate in extra training camps and showcases.

How do I register my child for a team, and are there tryouts?
Registration for GBG Inland Empire teams is easy and can be donehere(put link to interest list). For players interested in joining one of our teams, we do hold tryouts at the beginning of each season. Tryouts are open to all interested players, and our coaching staff evaluates players based on their skill, work ethic, and overall potential. If your child is interested in joining one of our teams but missed tryouts, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We often have spots available through private evaluations or by attending our training camps. We want to make sure every athlete has an opportunity to be a part of the GBG family.
